DELIVERY CHARGES

All prices are EXCLUSIVE of delivery charges.

FREE pick-up at our head office on Wood Avenue Road (one block from Yaya Centre), in Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya.

Delivery charges are set by the courier company. Please note we do not add any mark-up, and the delivery price is set by the courier company.

Unless stated expect delivery between 1 to 3 working days.

However occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

All recorded deliveries, upon special request, will be made by G4S, WELLS FARGO or a courier of your choice, and will require a signature upon acceptance.

If you are not at home and delivery was not possible, we reserve the right to apply further delivery charges should you require us to re-send your parcel.

We deliver to almost all East African Addresses. Please contact us to confirm.

 

RETURNS

We hope you will never need to return anything back to The Pet House, however, if you find you need to please read the following.

We only accept returns on damaged items. We shall offer a replacement of the damaged item or a replacement with another item of similar value. We MUST have received notification via email of the damage within 24 hours. The items must strictly be returned with 7 days, failure to which Pet House Kenya will not accept the goods, and the sale will be termed as final. No returns are accepted on dog food, cat food, shampoo and all carriers.

Pet House Kenya STRICTLY does NOT resell unwanted or used items on behalf of the customer.

You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the items to The Pet House. If you wish us to arrange for our courier to collect the item you must contact us by telephone and we will arrange for the collection. Please note there is a KSh. 1,000 charge for this service, which will be deducted from any refund.

Please note that all returned items must have been looked after with care, not have been removed from any vacuum packing and returned so as to include all original packaging and free or promotional material.

If any items delivered were not what you ordered, The Pet House will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement item or refund to you the price paid. If we request the item(s) delivered in error to be returned we will organize a courier to return the items.

If you are returning the Products because they are damaged or faulty then please include a written explanation of the fault or damage
