Next Day delivery in Nairobi is charged at KSh. 300; while outside Nairobi but within Kenya is Ksh. 600 – 900 depending on location. All delivery fees are displayed at check out.

Delivery in Nairobi is same day or next day, within 24 hours after placing the order.

You shall receive a confirmation email detailing your order, with delivery as selected at checkout.

A physical receipt accompanies every order when items ordered and paid for are delivered.

The walk in store in Kilimani is open Monday to Sunday. You may pass by to shop in store. Please call in advance if unsure the item you are looking for is in stock.

We offer payment via MPESA or credit/debit card if you prefer.

All refunds (Non-delivered, Damaged or Wrongly delivered products) are processed the same day, and latest with 48 hours; via the same mode of payment. Please note we do not offer refunds on pet food , shampoo or flea and tick medication. All products to be refunded should be returned in original packaging, with seals intact; and should be returned to our store within 48 hours to qualify for a refund.

Please confirm the items is in good order when receiving, as our delivery staff will ensure the items ordered are delivered intact in Nairobi. For deliveries outside Nairobi, we use reliable and professional third party courier services. Whilst we package all items with caution, we cannot be held liable/responsible for any damages once the goods are handed over to the courier service.

Yes. Orders may be changed the day before delivery. (This EXCLUDES all pet food, shampoo or flea and tick medication orders). 

On the morning of delivery, our office will call to confirm delivery as well as the time of delivery.
